Welcome to What's the Markup?, a website operated by American Picture Company (Home Video Global LLC, "APC," "we," "us"). By accessing this site or submitting a recommendation, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
Using the Site

Submitting a Recommendation
When you recommend an item or share an idea with us, you give APC permission to use it however we choose in connection with What's the Markup?. This includes adapting it, editing it, combining it with other submissions, fictionalizing it, and using it in episodes, promotions, marketing, or any related projects.
This permission is perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and irrevocable. You will not receive credit, compensation, approval rights, or notification if we use your submission. You are sharing it voluntarily and without expectation of payment.
You also confirm that your submission is yours to share, that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights, and that it contains no confidential or harmful material.
Our Content
Everything on the What's the Markup? website, including videos, text, logos, branding, and imagery, belongs to American Picture Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any of it without our written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: submit unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content; impersonate another person; interfere with the site's functionality; attempt to scrape data, hack, or disrupt the site; submit spam or unauthorized advertising.
Privacy
We store the recommendations and information you submit and may use them internally to develop episodes, understand viewer engagement, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee: that the website will always be available; that your submission will be used; that the site will be error-free; that we will respond to or review every submission. The site is provided "as is."
Limitation of Liability
